Cosmecal srl was founded in late 2012 to consolidate decades of experience gained through partnerships in the olive oil, citrus, and wood industries, as well as in industrial automation.

Our long-standing expertise in the wood industry enabled us to develop a complete pellet production line – including refiners, grinders, dryers, pellet presses, transport and dosing systems, and packaging solutions.

For the olive oil industry, particularly for pomace processing, we have designed a complete system for filtering, cooling, and cleaning the exhausted pomace kernel, followed by packaging.

Our fully automated "Bin Unloader" was initially developed for the citrus industry and is now widely used across agricultural and industrial sectors. It automatically destacks, empties, and restacks bins – with no manual labor required.
